收費說明｜Pricing Notes（Premium Service）此服務屬 跨境高級陪診服務，不以時數計算。 收費會因應以下因素而作個別報價：
內地醫療中心的地點（例如深圳、廣州、佛山） Location of the Mainland medical centre (e.g., Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Foshan)
行程距離與交通安排 Travel distance and transport requirements
預計逗留時間 Estimated duration of stay
是否需要多站式醫療行程 Whether multiple medical stops are required
我們會按個別行程提供專屬報價，確保服務透明、清晰、合適。 We provide customised quotations based on the patient’s itinerary to ensure clarity and suitability
常見問題 | Frequently Asked Questions
最低服務時數
每次陪診服務以 3 小時起計；如服務時間少於 3 小時，亦會按 3 小時收費
Minimum Service Duration - Each appointment requires a minimum of 3 hours. Any service shorter than 3 hours will still be charged as 3 hours
計時方式
服務時間由陪診員 會見病患 或 在擬定時間 開始起計 (較早者為準)，直至 送返住所／完成服務 為止
How Time Is Calculated - Service time is counted from the moment the companion meets the patient, or from the scheduled start time (whichever comes first), until the patient is returned home or the service is fully completed
交通費用
交通附加費為每次服務收取。 如患者使用公共交通工具（港鐵、巴士、小巴），交通費已包含在附加費內
如患者需要的士或非公共交通工具（例如專車、點對點接送），相關費用將按實際支出另行收取
Transportation Fees - The transport fee is charged per service. If the patient travels using public transport (MTR, bus, minibus), the transport cost is included in the transport fee. If the patient requires taxi or non‑public transport (e.g., private car, point‑to‑point transfer), the additional cost will be charged based on actual expenses.
偏遠地區附加費
如服務地點位於 偏遠地區，可能需收取額外交通附加費，並會 事前清楚告知
Additional Fees for Remote Areas - Services in remote areas may incur extra transportation surcharges. Clients will be informed in advance
臨時／即日安排
提供 加急配對服務，視乎陪診員即時空缺而定，最快可於 2 小時內完成配對
Same‑Day / Urgent Arrangement - We offer urgent matching services depending on companion availability. Matching can be completed in as fast as 2 hours.
取消／改期政策
如需取消或改期，請於 24 小時前通知，可 免費改期一次；少於 24 小時通知，將收取 3小時最低服務費用
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy - Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for one free rescheduling. Changes made within 24 hours will incur a 3 hours service fee.
