Deposit & Order
After confirming the service, a deposit is required (including three hours of service fees and the transport fee).
Pre‑Appointment Discussion
The companion communicates with the patient and caregiver, reviews medical history, gathers reports, and understands the caregiver’s concerns and needs.
Appointment Day
On the appointment day, we remind the patient to bring required documents or samples and accompany them to see the doctor.
Post‑Appointment Support
After the appointment, we help arrange follow‑ups, organise medication, and explain the doctor’s instructions.
Return Home
Depending on the selected service plan, we escort the patient safely home or to the designated location.
Caregiver Report
Within 48 hours, we report the doctor’s advice and follow‑up arrangements to the primary caregiver by phone or video call.
Written Summary
Within 48 hours, we provide a detailed written report including a consultation summary, medication information and recommendations.
